There is a significant body of research and science providing us with insights into what it takes to be successful in influencing and persuading others.  Despite this, we find a strong tendency for leaders to believe that they intuitively ‘get’ and understand others and to apply the same approaches and tactics to all – with limited success.  This program takes the more ‘traditional’ Influence training a step further by introducing the concept of Personality.  By learning about personality, and what styles are more effective and when, participants come to understand when their natural style will be effective and with whom.  Additionally, by becoming more adept at understanding the Personality preferences of others, participants learn to tailor their persuasion attempts to the individual, increasing the success of their influence attempts, making ‘yes’ much easier to get to.
